Chicken with Rice & Vegetables Ingredients: Cooked white chicken strips (white chicken meat, water, isolated soy protein, salt, spice), water, red bell peppers, cooked enriched rice (long grain rice, iron phosphate, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), celery, mushrooms, chicken fat, water chestnuts, chicken broth, green bell peppers, yeast extract, lemon juice, modified food starch, garlic powder, xanthan gum, salt, spice, annatto (color). Turkey Meatball Mariniara Ingredients: Water, cooked turkey meatballs (turkey, water, bread crumbs [wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, sea salt, canola oil], onion, salt, spices [including oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme], garlic), cooked ground turkey (turkey thigh meat, water, salt), tomatoes in juice (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride), onions, crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato paste, red bell peppers, canola oil, spice, garlic powder, yeast extract, xanthan gum, oleoresin paprika (color), sunflower lecithin, sea salt. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

  1. Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray OR peel film back on tray about 1/4 inch.
  2. Place tray in microwave. Heat on HIGH for 90 seconds or until hot.*
  3. CAUTION: The tray and its contents are hot after microwaving. Carefully remove film by peeling back around the tray. Stir, serve and enjoy!
