• The V.I.P. Membership is an automatic shipping program. Your set order will be shipped every 4 weeks, and
  your credit card will be billed when your order ships.
• You can change your order at any time prior to processing:

1. Visit ChooseMedifast.com, click on “Your Account,” and sign in.
2. Select “V.I.P. Membership Settings,” then select “Edit Order.”
3. Make changes to order and click “Recalculate.”
4. Verify order and click “Checkout.”
5. Verify account information and change ship date if necessary, then click “Continue with order.”
6. Verify order and proceed with “Checkout.”
7. To save all changes: Select payment method and submit payment. (This will not charge your credit card a
   second time, or create two orders. Your credit card will not be charged until the order actually ships.) You
   must proceed through Checkout all the way to the payment screen, and submit payment for the changes to
   be saved.
   
   
• Free offer valid for new V.I.P. Membership/Auto Delivery customers with minimum $250 purchase.
• Limit one per customer and not valid with prior purchases or with any other promotions or discounts.
• Free meals are divided into two consecutive deliveries. You will receive 35 free meals on the first qualifying
  purchase and 35 free meals on the second qualifying purchase.
