Yes, each Flavor Infuser? contains 5 calories and 2 grams of carbohydrates (1 gram
coming from fiber). There is no protein or fat in a Flavor InfuserTM. Essential1: Calorie Burn Flavor

Will I lose more weight if I drink more than 3 Essential1: Calorie Burn products per day?
No. Three provide the maximum therapeutic benefit.
