My family and I spent two weeks in Arizona and Las Vegas the week before my 33rd birthday. I was exhausted, hot, and miserable the entire time. Because I've lost weight, my blood sugar level is under control, my cholesterol and blood pressure is normal, my thyroid is level, and my energy is incredible; I can do cartwheels and slide down the slide at the playground. I feel terrific!
