When I was overweight, getting up and going to work was about all I could handle in a day. I had no energy left to do much in my personal time. And socially, I was always the cute, friendly fun girl but never really the "eye-catcher" of the group.
I am a classic "Betty-by-the-book" kind of personality and despite all my efforts to follow various plans, none of them ever seemed to work for me. I travel for work and it was hard to eat regularly and make good food choices all the time. My mother had been on Medifast for three months and had lost 30 pounds.
