I had gained 40 pounds after having breast cancer and being on tamoxifen, which has weight gain as a possible side effect. I think I felt sorry for myself and I had a good excuse to gain, but that only made me miserable.

I walk through the halls at work and people call me skinny and compliment my weight loss. I like myself better so I am happier and easier to get along with. Five co-workers are on the program now thanks to my results with Medifast, including the president and the secretary/treasurer of our company.
