I've tried a lot of different diets in the past, but none ever worked for me. I saw a commercial on TV about Medifast a few years ago but decided against it because I knew that it was strict. Well, something reminded me of the diet in the spring of this year because I looked it up on the internet and read up about it. I saw the other success stories and knew that the diet not only worked but also worked faster than any other diet plan on the market. So I decided to take the plunge.
After being on Medifast for 24 weeks, I lost 89 pounds!!! I think the reason I was able to stick with the plan is the fact that the weight came off every week and it kept me highly motivated. I never cheated once on this diet...I didn't want to! I went from a size 22 to a size 10! Thanks to my weight loss, I am a different person on the outside as well as the inside.
My self-esteem has changed dramatically. I never wanted to go out with my friends because I felt so horrible about myself, but that has totally changed! I would definitely recommend Medifast to anyone. It worked for me and it could work for anyone that has the determination to change her life forever!
