I was constantly aware of the fact that I was overweight. I could never admit that I needed larger sizes, so I was just uncomfortable instead. Results vary. Typical weight loss on the Medifast 5 & 1 PlanŽ is 2-5 lbs per week for the first 2 weeks and 1-2 lbs per week thereafter.
