Jamie lost 60 lbs!

I was constantly aware of the fact that I was overweight. I could never admit that I needed larger sizes, so I was just uncomfortable instead.

Prior to losing weight with Medifast, I was out of shape and had very low energy. When I was tipping the scales above 300 lbs, I knew I had to do something. I wanted to lose weight in a controlled, healthy way.

I tried many times to eat well and exercise, but I wasn't able to stick with it. There were too many food distractions and I wasn't learning how to eat right.

My weight began to drop immediately. Within a month, people started noticing that I was losing weight. My family and friends have been extremely supportive of me on my weight-loss journey with Medifast.
