The Medifast program is the only way to lose weight and keep it off! The food was great, and I didn't cheat once. It is so easy to do when you're on the go. In the morning I would drink a shake, throw a bar in my bag and head to town. You can eat your lean and green anywhere, it is that simple!
Everyone is so happy for me and my husband loves that he has the girl he married back! The best part was when my Dad told me how proud he was of me, and couldn't get over how great I looked.
