Robin lost 35 pounds!

I had always been slender in my twenties, but after my fourth baby at age forty, my weight troubles began, and my weight really ballooned. I felt bad about myself, and none of my clothes fit properly. I had no motivation or energy to play outside with my children. My blood pressure and cholesterol were high, and I was having heart palpitations.

Plus, my personal life was the pits!  I had no desire to go out with my boyfriend because I felt fat. I didn't smile or laugh much. I wanted so much to be slender again, but thought it was impossible due to hormones and my age. People said, ?Come on, you've had four kids; your body will never look like it did before.'

Well, tell me I can't do something and that becomes my motivation! I Googled ?diets' and Medifast came up. I decided to try it because it because it seemed inexpensive compared to other weight-loss plans out there. I liked that I didn't have to buy any specialty items at the market.

The Medifast Meals are satisfying and inexpensive, and I don't have to do the work of counting calories. The food is easy to prepare, and I like the Lean & Green Meal because I am still able to go out to dinner and not feel deprived.

I have continually lost two to three pounds a week. My boyfriend of four years says that I have the body of a twenty-year-old. My sister just started the plan three weeks ago after seeing my results. My friends all think I look great, and want to know what diet I'm on. Of course I send them directly to the Medifast Web site.

After losing weight on Medifast, my weight-related blood pressure and cholesterol are lower. I used to run marathons and I want to get back to that lifestyle. I enjoy playing with my children and I am looking forward to going to the beach this summer. In fact, I've already bought my bikini!
