What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped the next business day. Allow five to seven business days for standard shipping, or three to four business days for expedited shipping (additional charge). Medifast Advantage orders of $150 or more (total after coupons and discounts) get FREE standard shipping anywhere in the U.S.

Does Medifast ship to Canada and other countries?

Medifast cannot ship Medifast products to Canada (or other countries). Please contact the Customer Care at (800) 209-0878 if you have any questions about our shipping policy.
