To maintain your current healthy weight, your calories in need to equal your calories out. Otherwise, you’ll continue to lose weight—or gain weight back.

Once you’re reached Maintenance, we’ll help you calculate your daily caloric needs and build a maintenance plan based on your height, weight, age, gender, and activity level—so you stay fit for life.

Enter the Medifast 3 & 3 Plan:

In this phase, you’ll eat three meals and three “fuelings” per day. Your daily meal plan will feature lean protein and vegetables, and 3 Medifast Meal Replacements.
