orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the
date and method of shipment, view an estimated date of
arrival, and get a tracking number, if applicable. You will

Once your payment information has been submitted, it is
sent to Verisign for verification and approval. All
transactions are encrypted and secured. For security
purposes, Medifast does not store any credit card or payment
information on our site.

Once you click submit, the order is transmitted. This may
take a few moments, so please do not double click! You will
get a receipt page that will have order details and a
confirmation email will also be sent to you shortly after
you get your receipt.
The order is then processed and shipped out. Once
shipped, you can start tracking the package in
Your Account. After your package has shipped we will send
you another email indicating the package is on its way.
